Your house will be listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) on the same day you sign a listing contract with me. The next day I will provide you with a yard sign, a lockbox and an unlimited quantity of photographic quality color brochures to be placed not only inside your house, but also in an outdoor brochure box for passers-by to pick-up (I can promise you that because I own digital lab with commercial duty printers). In addition to conventional advertisement media (major newspapers, Realtor.com and MyMLS.com websites etc.) your property will be featured in my newsletter which I mail to 10,000 households in a area.

Small things like copying or notary service can become an inconvenience at times. I make sure that my clients are taken care of in every possible situation. I am a Notary Public and my clients are always welcome to use copiers at either of my offices.
